It features a 5-inch stainless steel barrel with a barrel hood stamped S.A. .45AUTO. The firearm is constructed with a distinctive two-tone finish, featuring a blued forged carbon steel slide and a forged stainless steel frame. The furniture consists of checkered wood grip panels bearing the Springfield Armory crossed-cannons logo, a skeletonized hammer, and a skeletonized trigger. The pistol is equipped with a fiber optic front sight and a two-dot tactical rack rear sight. Prominent markings include the model designation RONIN OPERATOR on the left side of the slide and SPRINGFIELD ARMORY with the crossed-cannons logo on the right side of the slide.
