The cartridges are constructed with brass cases and copper-jacketed projectiles. The case heads feature verbatim headstamp markings including the manufacturer code L C at the 12 o'clock position, the NATO four-pointed cross within a circle at the side, and numerical year codes 0 8 and 0 9 at the 6 o'clock position, denoting production in 2008 and 2009. The ammunition is stored loose in a clear plastic container and is not accompanied by original manufacturer packaging.
