Stamped silver German cup, monogrammed and adorned with an interesting (Chinese?) scene  German cup, silver stamped 800 crescent and crown, plus an additional mark [the manufacturer?], embellished with the owner's monogram in the center and an additional embellishment [a palm tree?] depicting two men with long ponytails. One man is tugging at the tip of the other's ponytail. The men appear to be Chinese or perhaps Mongolian?
