Vintage 1930s GE General Electric Radio ”Bandy” Bandmaster Advertising Doll Figure - Vintage 1930s GE General Electric Radio ”Bandy” Bandmaster Advertising Doll Figure. Made by the Cameo Doll Company - designed by Joseph Kallus. Circa 1929 - 1935. Made of wood and composition - multi jointed / articulated. This was distributed to authorized GE showrooms and appliance shops during the late 20s and early 30s to draw attention to new radio models. Heavily influenced by Maxfield Parrish. Has original baton present and his belt is still present. Normal crazing present and some slight discoloration. Overall excellent condition. Comes with base. Measures 19 inches tall.
