Struck by the United States Mint, with the 2021-W Proof originating from the West Point Mint. Designs feature the Walking Liberty obverse and either the Heraldic Eagle (Type 1) or Landing Eagle (Type 2) reverse. The 2021-W and 2023 coins are professionally graded by PCGS with Early Issue designations. Serial numbers: 43122472 and 45713128.
