The lot includes a 10K yellow gold fine 18'' long oval link chain with a spring ring clasp featuring a 10K yellow gold heart outline pendant set with a central 7mm long by 7mm wide heart shaped mystic fire topaz and a pair of 2mm round diamond accents. The pendant measures .67'' long by .43'' wide and both pieces are marked 10K and the diamond accents were also tested. The necklace includes its original box.
