14K Gold, Ruby, and Diamond Swirl Ring - 14K Gold, Ruby, and Diamond Swirl Ring. The lot includes a 14K yellow gold swirl ring set with a central 5.8mm x 4mm oval ruby, six 2mm round diamonds, and two curved rows of 2mm channel set baguette shaped diamonds at either shoulder. The ruby weighs 1/3 of a carat and the total diamond weight is 5/8 of a carat. The ring is a sz 7 and both the diamonds and gold were tested. Marked 14K. Box included.
