Depicts a beautiful woman in what can appear to be a nurses uniform with the flag draped over her and the Capitol building in the background. Done by Harrison Fisher and the American Lithographic Co, NY. 1918. Is backed on linen and has a few pre mounting tears and some paint restation to the edges but is in excellent condition.
