Japanese Type 30 Bayonet Toyoda Arsenal - Blade measures approx. 15-1/2”, overall length 20”. This is a WWII-era Japanese Type 30 bayonet manufactured by Toyoda Jidoshoki Seisakusho (Toyoda Automatic Loom Works), under the Nagoya Arsenal. This example features a fullered blade, hooked quillon guard, and wooden slab grips secured by screws and rivets. Serial number ”1671” is stamped into the tang. Includes original steel scabbard in blackened finish. Issued with Arisaka rifles, these bayonets were widely used throughout the Pacific theater.
