Tang Dynasty Chinese Woman Terracotta Statue - Rare Tang period terra cotta figure of a woman (possibly a musician?) measuring about 13-7/8” high. Quite a lot of original pigment remains. Circa 7th to 10th century AD. Provenance: Obtained July 2024 from Apollo Art Auctions, London. Includes COA from Apollo, as well as an Laboratory Kotalla (Germany) thermoluminescence report, affirming through TL testing that the piece is of the period.
