This item is from the personal collection of Apollo 17 Lunar Module Pilot Walt Cunningham. It is an Apollo 17 Launch event card that has been hand signed by the entire crew of Gene Cernan, Jack Schmidtt and Ron Evans. It is addressed to Walt Cunningham and also certified by Walt on the reverse side. This card is in very good condition with light handling wear.
