This Apollo photograph Map Checklist page 44 / 45 was flown onboard the Apollo 9 Command Module during the 9 day long First Manned Test of the Lunar Module. This page measures 7 ½” x 10 ½” and comes with a copy of the COA from Mission Commander Jim McDivitt along with a COA from the Space Collective. There is also a picture of Jim McDivitt holding this check list page. These items are in very good condition but mission used condition.
