Eastern Test Range Certificate of Participation 1967 - A very early NASA Certificate of Participation from the Lunar Orbiter E mission that is dated to August 1, 1967. This certificate has been hand signed by Dr. Robert H. Gray, Director of NASA Expendable Launch Operations at Cape Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, Vandenberg Air Force Base. He started with Project Vandenberg in 1956. Dr. Gray was Deputy Director Launch Operations for Apollo and Skylab and KSC Program Director for Space Shuttle. He was also T.E. Zeerip Base Manager at Lockheed Space Division and K.E. Newton Base Manager for the Eastern Test Range. This item is in very good condition with mild handling wear.
