Bidding is now live! You can bid on any items online and the bidding for the online-only items (which are also the silent auction items at the event) will end at 8:45 pm, Sept.27. The live auction at the event will start at 8:00 pm and end at 8:30 pm. There are two items in the live auction that internet bidders can also bid on, the bus package from A1-Bus and the trip to Spain.
Tickets are now on sale. Get your denim, gingham, and plaid on and mosey on down; no black ties are required at this informal event.

How to Register to Bid on all Silent and Live Auction Items
Register now so that you can bid on any items in the Silent and Live Auction. Please do not wait until the event to register because it will be much easier and faster for you to do this on your desktop, laptop or tablet in the comfort of your home. We want you to enjoy the event when you get there and not to have to spend time registering to bid. And by registering to bid you now will not have to wait in line to pay for any items when the event is over and you want to go home.
If you have any trouble registering as a bidder call 250-864-6257. Make sure to check your email when you set up your account as you will get an account activation email and you need to open that email and click on the "click here" button in that email. Check your junk folder if you don't see the email. If you still don't see it, please doublecheck that you entered your email address correctly.
