Bidspirit auction | Chinese Ribbed Celadon-Glazed Pottery Lidded

Chinese Ribbed Celadon-Glazed Pottery Lidded Jar - A Chenese lidded pottery jar with a pale celadon-green glaze and sculptural architectural form. The cylindrical body features raised vertical ribs, repeated stepped side details, and four molded feet; a dark metal lid with a loop handle completes the piece. The jar may suit display or storage, though its original function is not established from the visible features. Its geometric relief and glazed finish give it an Art Deco-inspired appearance, without confirming a specific period or maker.
