Techina Shlosha She'arim, Rare Prayer Pamphlet by Woman Author - Lvov, 1836 - A techina written by the modest Sarah daughter of R. Mordechai [Rabbi of Satanov], grandson of Rabbi Mordechai [Katzenellenbogen], head of the rabbinical court of Brisk. [Lemberg? 1830?] [12] leaves, 16 cm. Most of the prayers are written in Yiddish in Tze’ena Ur’ena typeface, except the blessings, which are printed in large square letters. The book also includes the laws of Niddah , Challah , and candlelighting in Yiddish. The colophon reads: “Sarah, daughter of the righteous R. Mordechai of the community of Satanov . ” It is in very good condition, with uncut margins. The pages are not of uniform size. Vinograd, Russia-Poland 181.
