The poster is printed on glossy paper in a special color printing. Under the drawing is the inscription: Rabbiner J.E. Spector, Kowno. R. Yitzchak Elchonon Spector, Chief Rabbi of Kovno was considered the primary halachic authority in Europe of his time. He was born in 1817 and passed away in 1896. This portrait was probably done shortly after. The poster is in relatively good condition.
