Halachic responsa and in-depth analysis, by R. Yitzchak Blazer. Jerusalem, published by Rabbanit Chaya Blazer. Solomon press. 1913. 90, 14 leaves, 35 cm.

First edition. The author was born in Lithuania in 1837, and was one of the primary disciples of R. Yisrael Salanter. Chizkiyahu Yosef Mishkovsky, Rabbi of Krinick, and received a wholehearted approbation from R. Chaim Ozer Grodzinsky.

With the stamp and signature of R. Yehoshua Rubinstein, Rabbi of Baku in the Caucasus (see Otzar HaRabbanim 7361).
