ATTR. IRISH RODERIC O'CONOR IMPASTO SEASCAPE PAINTING - This oil on board painting is attributed to Irish artist Roderic O'Conor (1860–1940) and depicts a dynamic coastal seascape featuring churning, white-capped waves crashing against dark rocky outcroppings. The composition is executed using vigorous, heavily textured brushwork to convey the turbulent movement and energy of the water. The piece is presented in a molded giltwood frame adorned with a central brass nameplate reading ”RODERIC O'CONOR”. The reverse of the backing board bears a rectangular ”atelier O'CONOR” stamp in black ink. Condition The painted surface appears structurally stable with heavily textured, thick impasto and no readily apparent paint loss or significant flaking visible.
