ANTIQUE RUSSIAN 14K GOLD SILVER DIAMOND NAVETTE RING - An antique Imperial Russian navette-shaped ring crafted from 14-karat yellow gold with a silver-topped face. The elongated, pierced openwork plaque is centrally set with an old-cut diamond cluster, flanked by two primary diamonds at the vertical terminals, and further accented with a border of small rose-cut diamonds. The silver top setting was a traditional technique utilized during the late 19th and early 20th centuries to enhance the brilliance of the gemstones before the widespread adoption of platinum. The ring features bifurcated shoulders tapering into a solid gold shank. The interior of the band is stamped with the Russian ”56” zolotnik hallmark denoting 14-karat gold purity, alongside partially legible Cyrillic maker's initials.
