The top half is decorated with vibrant translucent red enamel over an engine-turned guilloché pattern, surmounted by a yellow gold cap and suspension loop. The lower portion features an oxidized silver reticulated lattice grid set with rose-cut diamonds throughout. The gold jump ring is stamped with the Russian 56 zolotnik standard hallmark alongside a Cyrillic maker's mark.
