TIFFANY & CO FRENCH GILT BRONZE SEVRES STYLE PORCELAIN FRAME - An antique late 19th-century French gilt bronze picture frame retailed by Tiffany & Co. The rectangular frame features an oval sight surrounded by finely engraved foliate and floral motifs. Each corner is mounted with a shaped, Sèvres-style porcelain plaque hand-painted with a cherub among clouds, ribbons, and floral garlands. The brass reverse is fitted with a hinged easel leg for tabletop display and a top ring for wall hanging. The lower back plate is clearly stamped ”TIFFANY & CO” near the base of the easel. The reverse retains original metal tabs and fabric backing with expected fraying.
