MICHAIL GROBMAN RUSSIAN ISRAELI OBLIQUE RAIN OIL PAINTING - Executed in 2009, this oil on plywood board by Russian/Israeli artist Michail Grobman (b. 1939) is titled ”Oblique Rain” (Косой дождь).
