A RARE PAIR OF ALGERIAN SIPAHIS BOOTS & SPURS - A rare pair of boots for a sipahi or cavalryman, handsewn of morocco leather and stamped, with panels of geometrical green and red embroidery at the instep and retaining their spurs, handwrought of steel, with characteristic spiked goads. Retaining their original embroidered leather straps. C. 1750-1850. Minor wear. Overall length 32.5cm. Condition III
