Postal Comm Society & Adventurer World Stamp Album - Stamps from around the world displayed in two albums, antique and vintage. One is World of Stamps by the Postal Commemorative Society, wherein there are 13 completed pages of themed stamps in very good condition including Paraguay's Fighting Ships of the Revolution, Mongolia's Circus, Hungary's Famous Explorers, St. Vincent's Tribute to America's Bicentennial and more. Previous owner's name is embossed on cover. The other is The Adventurer Album for Postage Stamps of the World published by H.E. Harris & Co. in Boston in 1957. This includes hundreds of illustrations with spaces for more than 3,500 stamps representing nearly every stamp-issuing country in the world. There are more than 70 stamps displayed in this book from the previous collector. Book shows some minor foxing across pages, light creasing and some tears. Larger measures approx. 13” x 14.5”. Condition: Absence of a condition statement does not imply the lot is in perfect condition, free from flaws, restoration, or the effects of aging/use.
