Knapp-Monarch Town and Country Red Metal Cooler - Vintage mid-century Knapp-Monarch Town and Country portable ice cooler, circa 1950s?1960s. Features a rectangular red painted metal body with rounded corners, removable fitted lid, metal top handle, and swing-up wire carrying handle. Interior fitted with a galvanized metal liner and black rubber gasket around the opening. Retains remnants of its original manufacturer?s label on the front. Exhibits age-related wear, scratches, paint loss, oxidation, and considerable deterioration to the original label. Measures approx. 16.25” H to handle x 10.5” W x 9” D.
