Features vibrant tribal design with horizontal bands of geometric motifs like stylized medallions, repeating ”H” gate symbols and stepped running water patterns in color scheme of red, green, cream, navy blue and yellow. Handmade with thin, light weave. Material appears to be wool or high-quality wool-on-cotton blend. Likely a mid-20th century textile from India, Turkey or former Persian Empire region.
