Early 19th C James Blair 8 Day Tall Case Clock - An early 19th C tall case clock featuring Marquetry inlay on the body, with Georgian bonnet, in need of restoration at the top, broken arch, glass door has crack, includes pendulum and key, and features a fine hand painted dial depicting Brittania and the English Lion, with the French flag in its jaws. Movement was manufactured by James Blair of Kilwinning, Scotland, an active clock maker from 1802-1836. Note some loss to veneer, measures approx. 85.5” H x 10” D x 21” W. Special considerations should be made for pick up/shipping.
