Vietnamese Ky Lan Unicorn Porcelain Statue Pair - Pair of Vietnamese Ky Lan unicorn porcelain statues. These Ky Lan unicorns are depicted w/ one horn & their adornments are different, likely represent that one is male & the other is female. Unicorns are one of the 4 sacred creatures in Vietnamese mythology alongside the dragon, turtle, & phoenix. These unicorns are believed to bring luck, happiness, and longevity. Their appearance was partially inspired by the Chinese Qilin, & represents a hybrid mixture of other animals. The glaze features medium blue & green over a beige color.
