Vintage Rutter Bros York, PA Metal Dairy Boxes (2) - Rutter Bros of York, PA metal dairy box w/ painted interior lid that says ”Ordered Enough?” & shows containers for cottage cheese, butter, orange juice, sour cream, eggs, & milk. Box is approx. 17.75” x 11” x 13.5” tall. Other box has faded burnt orange paint of Rutter Bros Dairy Products on the front. There is more burnt orange paint on the right side & on the interior. The dimensions are approx. 11.5” x 8.25” x 10.5” tall. The Rutter Bros business started in 1921, & these boxes are likely from the early years of the business.
