19th C. 2-gallon blue decorated stoneware jug w/ flared spout & ribbed handle attributed to John Bell / Waynesboro, PA. Item is not stamped, but it features similar spotted cobalt blue tulip & swag motifs on both sides & accents on handle. There is a star crack on one side, some spots of loss on paint.
