Meissen Centerpiece Scene w/ Tree (C. 1825-1924)
A Meissen two piece centerpiece scene with attached tree. Measures approx. 17.5" with tree and depicts a group of people dressed in Colonial style relaxing around a tree. Diameter of piece is approx. 8.25". One seated man has loss to arm, the standing man has loss to a hand, the tree has some minor leaf loss, the woman with the cage / box may have paint / glaze loss and arm damage, as seen in photography. Meissen mark is on the inside of base and most closely resembles 1825-1924 variation.
