Antique Japanese Tanto Dagger & Belt Knife - Antique Japanese Tanto dagger approx 12.75” long w/ carved bone/natural material handle depicting 8 villagers (4 on either side). Tanto has a bronze dragon tsuba (sword guard). Tsuba fits loosely, as a spacer may be missing. Item could possibly be from the Meiji period. Other item is a belt knife w/ shark skin sheath that has slots for chopsticks, but the chopsticks are missing. Carbon steel blade is considerably oxidized. Condition: Absence of a condition statement does not imply the lot is in perfect condition, free from flaws, restoration, or the effects of aging.
