Separate larger detached sign reads ”Filles de Joie.” Grey clapboard exterior with electrified wrought-iron lighting fixtures, multiple paned glass windows, swinging saloon doors, and dental molding. Wrap-around first and second floor porches with missing railings. Outdoor staircase to second floor. Interior has luxurious brocade style wallpaper on first, second, and third floor in red and gold tones. Velvet and silk damask style curtains with fridge and trim throughout also in tones of red and gold to match wallpaper. Six gilt lighting fixtures throughout including four wall sconce candelabras, chandelier, and hanging floral pendant style lamp. Miniature female nude painting. Overall good condition. Some elements in need of repair, including exterior railings. Structure is electrified. Some bulbs may be missing or connections may be loose.
