Exterior has horsehair plaster and timbre construction with tiled roof. Paned glass windows in door with open side and bay front window. Metal mailbox beside front door. Interior includes large open room with wooden fireplace and interior painted glowing coals. Interior staircase. Around 10 painted decorations inside including painted tray, portraits, and landscapes. Structure is electrified and in working order. Overall excellent condition with slight damage to the roof and two loose molding pieces.
