Elaborate Gilded Age Boutique by Bernard C Ryon - This Pewter Palace handcrafted by Bernard C Ryon (1976). Highly detailed luxury boutique. Brick one story stand-alone. Exterior has two wrought iron light fixtures, stucco alcove with gold cupid sculpture, mailbox, steps and two doors and open window. Elaborate interior and exterior carved molding. Victorian Gilded Age Interior with non-working built-in cabinets, two gilt mirrors and crystal chandelier. Period 18th Century French wallpaper. Structure is electrified and in working order. Some missing bulbs and possible loose connections. Uninstalled paneled front window (included) reveals display with red velvet curtains and table. Back and side are painted stucco. Access points through two hinged side paneled doors. Condition: good. Decorative front pillar and back corner molding is unattached.
