Eclectic California Country House - This unique work-in-progress has seven rooms with central staircase. First floor has kitchen, dining room, living room and family room. Second floor has two bedrooms. Wood construction. Back is open for access. Open unglazed without glass. Roof has multicolored shingles and three chimneys. Structure appears to be electrified, but is untested. Measurements approximately: 30” high x 63” wide x 17.5” deep Condition: Absence of a condition statement does not imply the lot is in perfect condition, free from flaws, restoration, or the effects of aging.
