New England Colonial Dollhouse
Al Piccolo style large well built New English style colonial dollhouse with cantilevered second floor, exterior features a wood shingled roof with metal flashing, wood siding with large windows and shutters, the first floor front and back of the house each have two slide out panels for access, the second floor front and back of the house each has a removable exterior wall for access, the rear roof of the house is hinged for access to a large unfinished attic with exposed tarpaper and wood studs, front of house features a dining room with wainscoting, opening exterior door to center hallway, living room with fireplace, large bedroom with carpeting and small bedroom with hardwood flooring, back of house has a small den with carpeting, kitchen with hardwood flooring, built in kitchen cabinets, fridge, K&G range, second floor has a bedroom and small storage room with carpeting, bathroom complete with tile floor and built in fixtures, electrified ceiling lights, sconces and baseboard outlets throughout, oversized platform base finished with brick walkways and oak trim, 41"W, 29"D, 36.5"H, also includes rolling table 21"H. Good used condition, scattered minor losses to roof tiles mainly on edge.
