Late 19th C early 20th century Chinese oil painting on canvas board is Sing Qi City and features gorgeous dogwood branches in an antique hand carved frame. Signed in UR. Painting measures approx 10" x 12" and frame measures approx 20.5" x 23" OD. Loss to gilt in LR corner of frame. Good condition.
