Antique Carpenter's Adzes - First adze is an antique carpenter's with original handle, stamped with name ”Lakeside”. Overall length of 34.25”, length of head 8.75”, and width of cutting blade is 4.25”. Second adze is a carpenter's hewing adze, signed ”M. Beatty and Sons, Chester PA”. Has an additional touchmark of what seems to be a bull. Original handle, measures 26.75” in length, head length 8.75”, cutting bit 3.5”. Condition: Absence of a condition statement does not imply the lot is in perfect condition, free from flaws, restoration, or the effects of aging. Condition reports can be obtained via email.
