Phoenix & Bohannan Hardware & Tools Set - A collection of early 20th-century American industrial hardware and utilitarian tools. The group features two heavy-duty dual-wheel casters manufactured from cast iron. The underside of the circular mounting base on the casters is cast with the circular text PHOENIX CASTER CO. INDIANAPOLIS. Also included are two padlocks with their respective brass keys. One padlock is made of dark-finished iron or case-hardened steel and features a raised oval emblem on the body containing the characters WB. The key for this lock is stamped with the numeral 7, a circled 4, and the text MADE IN U.S.A. The second padlock is cast brass, and its accompanying key is stamped with a WB oval emblem surrounded by the circular text WILSON BOHANNAN. The collection includes two small cast iron adjustable clamps with steel threaded screws and T-bar handles, retaining some original black finish. A conical brass plumb bob is present, featuring an integrated wire suspension loop. Completing the lot is a weathered cast iron fence post bracket or finial with remnants of blue paint. The side of the square mounting base is cast with the characters ANCHOR POST.
