ERTL John Deere 530 Tractor w/ Brake - This die-cast metal John Deere 530 tractor model is a 1/16 scale ”Collector Edition” part of the ”30 Series, ” released in celebration of the series 50th Anniversary. The model is finished in traditional John Deere green and yellow and features steerable front wheels and rolling rubber tires. It is uniquely outfitted with a green fabric ”Weather Brake” heat houser and metal chains on the rear tires. The tractor hood includes ”530” and ”JOHN DEERE” decals. The fabric cover is printed with ”JOHN DEERE” and a script ”Weather Brake” logo. The item is housed in its original illustrated window display box. Included with the model is a special collector DVD titled ”530 Collector Edition DVD” containing historical footage and information. The box features the ”ERTL” and ”BRITAINS” brand logos, as well as the John Deere licensed product logo. The bottom of the box bears printed text reading ”?2007 LEARNING CURVE BRANDS, INC. Oak Brook, IL 60523-1940 U.S.A.” and ”All rights reserved. Made in China.” The model number ”15897A” is visible on the side of the box. A white adhesive retail price sticker reading ”$59.99” is affixed to the front plastic window (photo 2).
