Hickory & Oak Bentwood Rocking Chair - A single rustic bentwood rocking chair featuring a frame constructed from natural hickory poles with the bark left intact. The chair utilizes traditional rustic joinery, incorporating steam-bent branches to create the curved armrests and decorative circular motifs on the side panels and rear back support. The backrest and seat are composed of flat, steam-bent oak slats arranged vertically and horizontally, respectively. These slats are secured to the hickory frame with visible metal fasteners and finished with a clear, high-gloss golden-toned varnish. The chair is mounted on solid, milled wood rockers. A red string is attached to the upper back support. No maker's marks, signatures, or branding are visible on the wood surfaces.
