Ram Skull with Spiraling Horns - A natural history specimen featuring the skull and horns of a ram, likely Ovis aries. The specimen consists of a weathered cranium with two large, laterally spiraling horns characterized by prominent growth rings and a textured, ribbed surface. The bone of the skull exhibits a dark, varied coloration with areas of white mineral deposits. The horns show a gradient from dark brown and black near the base to lighter tan and amber tones toward the tips. The underside of the skull is bright white, indicating it has been treated or painted for display. The interior of the horn cores and the dental structure of the upper jaw are visible from the ventral view.
