Old Hickory Carbon Steel Kitchen Knives - This collection features kitchen knives constructed with high-carbon steel blades and full-tang wood handles. The assortment includes various blade profiles such as butcher, slicing, and paring styles. One blade is detailed with a textured hammered finish on the upper half of the steel. Several blades bear a stamped mark consisting of a ribbon banner containing the cursive text Tru-Edge positioned above ONTARIO KNIFE CO, accompanied by a sword icon and the line MADE IN U.S.A. below. The wood handles are branded with the text OLD followed by a circled R symbol and HICKORY. Using the ruler visible in photo 6, the knives measure approximately 12.5 inches, 12 inches, 10.25 inches, and 6.75 inches in total length.
