PM Craftsman & Perma Plated Bookends - A collection of vintage metal bookends comprising two distinct pairs. The first pair is designed as three stacked, textured books with a brass-toned finish, featuring a central upright volume flanked by two books that curve outward to form the base. A circular paper label is adhered to the brown felt underside, reading in a circular arrangement PM CRAFTSMAN, Hand Craftsmanship, The Mark of American Quality, and EATON PARK, FLORIDA surrounding a central script monogram. The second pair features copper-plated baby shoes capturing realistic details such as stitching and creasing. These shoes are mounted on stepped, dark-colored rectangular bases decorated with a bronze-toned classical ovolo and bead frieze. The rear vertical edge of the shoe bases bears an incised mark reading A PERMA PLATED PRODUCT.
