Valley Forge 48-Star American Flag - This vintage 48-star United States flag is constructed of authentic cotton fabric with printed white stars on a blue canton. The stars are arranged in six horizontal rows of eight, a configuration that was official from 1912 to 1959. The flag features thirteen horizontal stripes in red and white. It is finished with a white canvas header containing two brass grommets for hanging. A white fabric label is sewn onto the canvas header with printed text in blue and red.
