Cast Metal Bridge Lamp w/ Uranium Glass - This floor lamp features an ornate cast metal base and a curved bridge arm. The base is circular with pierced scroll and leaf motifs, supporting a central stem with a twisted metal pole. An elongated, spindle-shaped glass element is set into the lower portion of the stem between decorative metal collars. This custard glass component exhibits a bright green fluorescence when exposed to ultraviolet light, confirming the presence of uranium. The lamp is topped with a curved bridge arm that includes a foliate scroll finial and a brass-finished spherical counterweight at the junction with the main pole. The tapered drum shade is composed of teal-green fiberglass decorated with a white parabolic string art pattern and finished with black lacing at the upper and lower rims. The lighting fixture is equipped with a single turn-knob socket and a brown two-prong cord. No manufacturer marks, signatures, or labels were found on the metalwork or glass insert.
