The apron and side panels are crafted from oak, exhibiting a distinct quartersawn grain pattern with prominent ray flakes. The piece features two drawers: a wide, shallow frieze drawer and a deeper drawer positioned below on the right side. The desk is supported by four straight, square-tapered legs. Both drawers are fitted with octagonal faceted clear glass knobs, characteristic of early 20th-century American hardware. The construction is rustic, showing visible nail heads and joinery typical of country-made furniture. The wood shows a darkened patina from age. No maker marks, labels, or signatures are visible on the exterior or interior surfaces.
