Stylized Black and White Filigree Glass Penguin Figurine - A hand-blown art glass figurine depicting a stylized penguin with an elongated neck. The torso is decorated with internal vertical black and white glass filigree canes, a technique known as zanfirico, encased in a thick clear glass exterior. The head, beak, and feet are formed from solid black glass, and two small black glass prunts serve as eyes. On the underside of the feet, there is a small, opaque white mark in the shape of a stylized silhouette of a bird in flight. No text or numbers are associated with this mark.
